ORDER PROCESSING

Most online orders ship within approximately 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Service and repair-related shipments may vary depending on workload, inspection status, communication delays, parts availability, or repair authorization timing.

Customers will receive tracking information once a shipment has been processed and scanned by the carrier.

SERVICE / REPAIR SHIPPING

For motors being returned after service or overhaul, shipping pricing may vary depending on:

  • destination
  • package size
  • insurance value
  • carrier surcharges
  • oversized packaging
  • international routing

This amount may vary slightly depending on location and shipment characteristics.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air are our primary shipping methods
  • We no longer offer UPS SurePost
  • APO/FPO and PO Boxes are generally not accepted for UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air shipments
  • Transit times may increase during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays outside our control
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to fully activate after shipment

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please note that tracking numbers may not immediately appear active within the carrier system after label creation. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a shipment problem.


IMPORTANT SERVICE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

For repair and service customers:

Please make sure the SAME NAME used on your service request form and customer account is also:

  • written clearly on the outside of the package
  • included inside the package as well

Our intake system relies heavily on matching names to submitted service requests and customer accounts.

One of the most common causes of intake delays is unlabeled packages or packages arriving under names different from the submitted form.


CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Customers are strongly encouraged to remove as many external accessories and components as reasonably possible before shipping a motor.

Customer-supplied hardware, drivetrain components, mounting hardware, wire harnesses, chainrings, crank arms, pedals, and other accessories left attached are shipped at the customer’s own risk.

Ebike Motor Repair is not liable for missing, damaged, improperly installed, improperly torqued, or incompatible customer-supplied components left attached during shipping or service.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately.

If possible:

  • photograph the packaging before opening
  • retain all original packaging materials
  • notify the carrier if severe shipping damage is visible

Shipping damage claims may require documentation for carrier review.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Once a shipment is in transit, address changes may not always be possible.

If you need to update a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable, any refund or reshipment remains subject to inspection, shipping costs, carrier charges, packaging condition, and review.

Partial refunds or shipping deductions may apply depending on the situation.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may generally be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped or service work has begun, cancellation requests become subject to review and may not be fully refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations, taxes, duties, VAT charges, or customs fees where applicable.

International delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on customs processing and carrier routing.
