By applying to join the Trade Program, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the requirements, responsibilities, and benefits outlined in this agreement.


2. Trade Program Offerings & Benefits

As a registered trade partner, you will have access to the following benefits:

Exclusive 20% trade discount on all motor repairs, increasing your revenue potential
Sustainable service solutions – Meet customer expectations by repairing instead of replacing motors
Cost-effective repairs and upgrades to keep your customers happy and loyal
Protection upgrades available to prevent water ingress and extend motor life
Priority repair service with a 4-5 business day turnaround
12-month warranty on all labor and replacement parts installed by eBike Motor Repair
Training and support to help identify early motor failure symptoms
Free motor diagnosis – If in doubt, send it in for an expert assessment
Motor buyback program – Receive up to $150 per unit for eligible used motors
We are not a bike shop – Our focus is solely on supporting your business


3. Partner Responsibilities & Expectations

To maintain a consistent level of service quality, trade partners are expected to:

✔ Follow best practices for motor removal and reinstallation to ensure proper function
✔ Send motors in clean and intact condition for diagnosis and repair
✔ Provide accurate and timely information when submitting repair requests
✔ Use approved tools and installation methods to prevent damage during handling
✔ Align with eBike Motor Repair’s service standards and customer experience expectations


4. Warranty & Liability

  • 12-month warranty applies to all labor and replacement parts fitted by eBike Motor Repair.
  • Any unauthorized disassembly or third-party modifications may void the warranty.
  • eBike Motor Repair assumes liability for all repair work performed but is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages caused by improper installation/removal.
